How to Request a Home Visit
If you are too ill to come to the surgery you can be seen at home.
If possible, please ring between 9am and 11am. The reception staff are trained to take your calls and will ask you to explain your illness. This is to help the doctor who will decide if a home visit is necessary and to assess the urgency of the request.
The doctor will sometimes ring you before they set off on the visit so we will ask you for a telephone number.
