  • Many of us experience psychological or emotional problems at some stage in our lives. These problems affect the way we think, feel and behave and can have an impact on all areas of our lives including work, relationships and general well-being. Difficulties may include anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and depression.
  • Anyone can experience psychological problems, whatever their age, gender, social situation or cultural background. We all have our own ways of dealing with such problems.
  • However, sometimes we feel that we need to discuss things with someone who is trained to work with these problems. Seeing a psychologist can help us to recover from our problems more quickly or can help to prevent them from recurring in the future.

  • Family planning
